Delivery Policy

2. Digital product delivery
All GabForge paid offerings are currently digital. Purchase → activation is instant.
2.1 What "instantly" means
- Within 5 minutes of payment confirmation from the gateway (Razorpay). Normally it's under 30 seconds. Gateway-side delays occasionally stretch this; see §6.
- Activation happens on the GabForge account you were signed in to when you clicked checkout. If you weren't signed in, activation binds to the email address you provided — you sign up / sign in with the same address to claim it.
- You'll receive two emails:
- A receipt from the payment gateway (Razorpay).
- A GabForge activation confirmation with a summary of what was unlocked and a link into your workspace.
2.2 Subscription lifecycle
- First activation: instant.
- Renewals: automatic — you are not charged until the renewal date; access continues uninterrupted across the renewal.
- Tier upgrades: immediate; any credit for the remaining period on your old tier is applied to the new tier pro-rata.
- Tier downgrades: take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation: stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the current period. See Refund_Cancellation_Policy §2.
2.3 Boosters (one-time, account-bound)
- A Booster unlocks a specific Tool on your account, attached for as long as the Service runs and your account is in good standing.
- Account-deletion limit. If you delete your account, Boosters are gone (you'll get a final window to reactivate before hard-delete per Privacy_Policy §9).
- Operator / wind-down limit. A Booster is a one-time licence, not a perpetual right. It is bound to GABFORGE UNLIMITED's continued operation of the Service. On a wind-down of the Service or the relevant product line, refund treatment is governed by Terms_of_Service §12.3 + §12.4 (Boosters purchased within 90 days of the wind-down notice: full refund; older Boosters: pro-rata where reasonably calculable, otherwise no refund). On a sale or other assignment of the Service or any product line (Terms §19), the successor entity decides whether to honour outstanding Boosters; if not, §12.3 refund mechanic is the user's exclusive remedy.
- Boosters are not transferable to another account.
2.4 BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)
BYOK is not a purchase from us; it's a configuration on your account.
- Save your API key → immediately usable for that provider's routes.
- We do not charge you for BYOK usage. Your provider charges you directly based on your API calls.
- If you've also bought a GabForge subscription, BYOK routes alongside it — you choose per request (or per Tool).
2.5 Downloadable AI models (free)
Our open-weights models live on gabforge.org/downloads. They are free to download and use under the licence published beside each model.
- No payment, no account required.
- Download via direct HTTP or via a torrent link where we provide one.
- Large files (10–70 GB). Plan for your bandwidth.
3. Territories served
Digital delivery is available globally — wherever you can reach the internet. We do not geo-block on the delivery side.
Specific commerce surfaces:
gabforge.ai— accepts Razorpay (USD via International Payments) for international users.gabforge.in— accepts Razorpay (INR) and is the India-specific pricing surface with PPP-adjusted rates. India-based customers should purchase here for applicable rates and compliant invoicing.gabforge.live— subsite subscriptions. Razorpay (USD/INR) same as.ai.
If your country is sanctioned under applicable law (OFAC / EU / UK / UN), we are legally required to refuse the transaction.
4. Physical products
At the time of writing, GabForge does not sell physical products. This section is a placeholder so that we don't re-publish the entire Delivery Policy when merchandise or hardware is added.
4.1 Future merchandise (T-shirts, stickers, books, etc.)
- Domestic India: Standard delivery 5–7 business days; expedited 2–3 where the courier supports it.
- International: Standard delivery 10–21 business days from India. Customs duties and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number and courier details once the item is dispatched.
- Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
4.2 Future hardware (GabForge workstations, OS preinstall)
- Will carry its own delivery contract at the time of sale, which will supersede this section.
5. Invoices and tax documentation
5.1 Standard invoice
Every paid transaction produces a GabForge invoice:
- Generated within 1 business day of successful payment.
- Available under Workspace → Billing → Invoices (or admin.gabforge.ai → Billing for subsite operators).
- PDF format, includes transaction ID, tier, billing period, amount, currency, applicable tax, and GabForge's entity details.
5.2 India GST invoices
Once GabForge crosses the mandatory GST registration threshold (or if we register voluntarily), invoices issued to Indian customers will additionally include:
- GSTIN
- HSN / SAC code per supply type
- CGST / SGST / IGST split
- Place of supply
Until then, Indian invoices are issued without GST component; the service is currently classified under our CA's guidance accordingly. If your business needs a GSTIN-bearing invoice before we register, reach out to [email protected] for a case-by-case discussion.
5.3 Tax residency
- Indian customers receive INR invoices through Razorpay.
- International customers receive USD invoices through Razorpay (International Payments).
- If you need a different billing entity or currency for compliance reasons (e.g., EU reverse-charge VAT on B2B SaaS), email
[email protected]before the transaction so we can confirm capability.
6. When delivery fails
The cases we know about, and what to do:

Response SLA for delivery failures: acknowledgement within 4 business hours, resolution targeted within 1 business day. India grievance escalation available at [email protected] if the standard channel doesn't resolve within 3 business days, per IT Rules 2021 §3(2).
6.1 Refund for non-delivery
If we can't resolve a delivery failure within 1 business day, you are entitled to a full refund under Refund_Cancellation_Policy §3.4 (Service-failure refunds) — no questions asked. We'll initiate the refund within 5 working days; the gateway then credits on their own timeline (5–10 additional working days typically).
7. Delays outside our control
Force-majeure events that may briefly impact delivery:
- Payment-gateway outages (Razorpay)
- Our CDN or inference-GPU provider outage
- Regional internet disruption affecting you or us
- Government-ordered internet shutdowns (applicable for India under IT Rules)
We publish incident status on gabforge.ai/status. If a delivery is blocked by a force-majeure event, we either deliver as soon as possible once resolved, or refund at your option.
8. Regional specifics
8.1 India
- Place of supply is the state of the billing address provided at checkout (for future GST invoicing).
- Consumer Protection Act 2019 guarantees statutory remedies for non-delivery beyond anything in this policy — those rights cannot be contracted out. We honour them.
- Interim Grievance Officer available at
[email protected]for unresolved delivery complaints; 15 calendar day statutory resolution window per IT Rules 2021 §3(2).
8.2 EU / UK
- Consumer Rights Directive / UK CCR: digital-content delivery triggers the 14-day cooling-off right at the moment of delivery, unless you expressly waived it to begin use immediately. See Refund_Cancellation_Policy §3.2.
- VAT treatment is per place-of-supply rules for digital services. Invoice reflects applicable treatment.
8.3 United States
- No state-level digital-delivery disclosure mandate equivalent to India's. We follow general consumer-protection principles.
- California residents retain CCPA / CPRA rights over personal data embedded in delivery records; see Privacy_Policy §9.3.
