2. Digital product delivery

All GabForge paid offerings are currently digital. Purchase → activation is instant.

3. Territories served

Digital delivery is available globally — wherever you can reach the internet. We do not geo-block on the delivery side.

Specific commerce surfaces:

If your country is sanctioned under applicable law (OFAC / EU / UK / UN), we are legally required to refuse the transaction.


4. Physical products

At the time of writing, GabForge does not sell physical products. This section is a placeholder so that we don't re-publish the entire Delivery Policy when merchandise or hardware is added.

5. Invoices and tax documentation

Every paid transaction produces a GabForge invoice:

6. When delivery fails

The cases we know about, and what to do:

Response SLA for delivery failures: acknowledgement within 4 business hours, resolution targeted within 1 business day. India grievance escalation available at [email protected] if the standard channel doesn't resolve within 3 business days, per IT Rules 2021 §3(2).

6.1 Refund for non-delivery

If we can't resolve a delivery failure within 1 business day, you are entitled to a full refund under Refund_Cancellation_Policy §3.4 (Service-failure refunds) — no questions asked. We'll initiate the refund within 5 working days; the gateway then credits on their own timeline (5–10 additional working days typically).


7. Delays outside our control

Force-majeure events that may briefly impact delivery:

We publish incident status on gabforge.ai/status. If a delivery is blocked by a force-majeure event, we either deliver as soon as possible once resolved, or refund at your option.
