CCTS Complaint Resolution: Who Qualifies and What You Get

Learn how to use the CCTS to resolve disputes regarding your internet or phone services if your provider cannot fix the issue.

The CCTS Complaint Resolution process provides a way for customers to resolve disputes regarding their telecommunications or television services through independent mediation.

Who it's for

This service is available to any customer who has a dispute with an internet service provider (ISP) or a telecommunications provider.

What you get

You can access independent mediation to help resolve issues related to your billing or the quality of your service.

What it costs you

The process is free. However, you must attempt to resolve your issue directly with your service provider before you can use this service.

The catch to know

You cannot go straight to the CCTS. You must have already filed a formal complaint with your provider and received a formal complaint number from them.

How to apply

  1. Contact your service provider to lodge a formal complaint.
  2. Obtain a formal complaint number from the provider's customer service department.
  3. Visit the official portal to submit your dispute for mediation.
