Notarise: Who Qualifies and What You Get

Access digitally signed vaccination records for international travel through the Notarise service.

Notarise is a digital service provided by GovTech that allows individuals to access and obtain digitally signed vaccination records for use when traveling between countries.

Who it's for

This service is designed for any individual who requires official, digitally signed vaccination certificates to satisfy the entry or health requirements of international destinations. If you are planning to travel outside of the country and need digital proof of your vaccination status, this service is intended for you.

What you get

When you use this service, you receive digitally signed vaccination records. These records are formatted to be used for international travel, providing a digital way to present your health documentation to authorities or airlines without needing to rely on physical paper copies.

What it costs you

Using the Notarise service is free of charge. There are no fees required to generate your digital records. To access the service and verify your identity, you will need to have a Singpass account ready to log in.

The catch to know

The most important thing to check before you begin is that your vaccination records are already updated in the official registry. If your latest vaccination details have not been recorded in the registry yet, you will not be able to generate the digital certificate through this service. It is best to confirm your status is current before attempting to use the portal.

How to apply

  1. Ensure your latest vaccination details are already updated in the official registry.
  2. Visit the official Notarise portal.
  3. Log in to the system using your Singpass credentials.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to generate your digital vaccination records.
