ConecteSUS App: Who Qualifies and What You Get

Access your digital medical history, vaccine records, and prescriptions through a single mobile application provided by the Ministry of Health.

The ConecteSUS App is a digital tool that provides you with electronic access to your personal health information within the national health system. It is designed to make managing your medical documentation easier by moving your records from paper to your mobile device.

Who it's for

This service is available to all users of the national health system. If you utilize the public health services in Brazil, you are eligible to use this digital platform to manage your personal health data.

What you get

The app provides comprehensive digital access to several key components of your medical life. You can view your complete medical history in a digital format, allowing you to keep track of your past healthcare interactions. It also provides access to your prescriptions, which helps you manage your medications more effectively. Additionally, the app features a digital vaccination card (Carteira digital de vacinação), which serves as an official record of your immunization history that you can carry with you on your phone.

What it costs you

There is no financial cost to use this service. The app is a free download and is free to operate for all citizens and residents using the system.

The catch to know

While the app itself is free, you cannot use it without a verified identity. You must have a Gov.br account to log in to the system. This means you must first set up your digital identity through the national government's authentication system before the app will allow you to view your private medical information.

How to apply

  1. Download the official application onto your smartphone or mobile device.
  2. Open the app and enter your Gov.br account credentials to authenticate your identity.
  3. Navigate through the digital interface to locate your medical history, prescriptions, or vaccination records.
  4. Review your digital records to ensure they are up to date.
