FGTS Rescission Withdrawal: Who Qualifies and What You Get
Learn how to access your FGTS account balance and the 40% penalty fine if you were dismissed from your job without just cause.

Who it's for
This is for workers who have been fired without just cause and who have an active FGTS account.
