Vaccination Records: Who Qualifies and What You Get

Learn how to access your digital and physical immunization records to keep your health history organized.

This scheme provides you with official documentation of your immunizations through both digital and physical formats. It ensures that your medical history regarding vaccinations is accurately recorded and accessible when needed.

Who it's for

This scheme is designed for everyone. Regardless of your age or previous health history, any person looking to maintain an accurate record of their immunizations is eligible to use this system.

What you get

You get access to an official record of your vaccinations. This can be maintained in two different ways: a physical version and a digital version. The physical documentation is often referred to locally as an Impfpass. Having these records is helpful for tracking your health history and providing proof of immunization when required by employers or medical professionals.

What it costs you

Using this system is free. There are no fees required to obtain your immunization records or to maintain them within the official system.

The catch to know

While the digital version offers convenience, it is not automatically updated or validated on its own. You must visit a pharmacy to have your digital records verified to ensure they are official and accurate.

How to apply

  1. Collect any existing paper records or notes regarding your past vaccinations.
  2. Visit a local pharmacy to begin the process of verifying your digital immunization records.
  3. Ensure your digital data is correctly updated through the pharmacy verification process.
  4. Maintain your physical Impfpass alongside your digital records for complete documentation.
