The catch to know
While the app is free and accessible, you cannot simply open it and view your private information immediately. To ensure your personal data remains secure, the app requires you to authenticate your identity using a digital identity system, such as SPID or a CIE (Electronic Identity Card). Without one of these digital credentials, you will not be able to access your personal social security records.
