NoiPA: Who Qualifies and What You Get
Public administration employees in Italy can use this portal to access their personal payslips and tax certifications.
NoiPA is a digital service designed to help public administration employees manage their personal employment and tax documents through an online portal.
Who it's for
This scheme is intended exclusively for employees working within the public administration. If you are employed by a public entity, you are eligible to use this digital platform to manage your personal employment records.
What you get
The portal provides you with direct access to your essential employment documents. Specifically, you can view and download your payslips, which are referred to as Cedolino. Additionally, you can access your annual tax certifications, known as CU. These documents are necessary for tracking your earnings and managing your personal tax obligations.
What it costs you
Using the digital portal does not require a direct payment or a subscription fee. However, to access your private information, you must have the necessary login credentials. These credentials must be provided to you by your employer to ensure that your personal data remains secure and accessible only to you.
The catch to know
It is important to understand the timing of document updates to avoid unnecessary concern. Payslips are not always available at the very beginning of the month; they are typically uploaded toward the middle of the month. If you check the portal on the first day of the month and your document is not yet visible, do not panic, as it is likely still being processed for upload.
How to apply
- Contact your employer to ensure you have received your official login credentials.
- Navigate to the official portal website.
- Enter your employer-provided credentials to access your personal dashboard.
- Select the specific document, such as your Cedolino or CU, that you wish to view.
