Who it's for
This benefit is available to employees who have children under the age of 8 or children who are currently in the second grade of elementary school.
What you get
You receive a monthly payment equivalent to 80% of your salary. Please note that there is a maximum limit on this amount.
What it costs you
To qualify for these payments, you must have completed at least 180 days of insured employment.
The catch to know
You will not receive the full amount of your benefit immediately. A portion, specifically 25% of the total benefit, is held back and paid to you as a lump sum only after you return to work.
